How to do :-
1. Stand with single leg and bend to front like in picture.
2. Make sure better balance.
3. Constant slow breath.

- The
forward tilt of your torso sends high-speed blood pouring into the

the arteries, strengthening the heart muscle.
- The same rejuvenating flood rushes into the brain as well.
- It strengthens your powers of concentration.
